A neighborhood park is close by for children to play and have great adventures as well as a community pool very short walk. Our neighborhood backs up to Point Washington State Forest with many trails for hiking and exploration. This is truly a unique area with homes by the Florida Coastal Dune Lakes, in a forest by the Gulf of Mexico. This unique combination doesn’t exist anywhere else in the world.
